Записался из-за того, что нужно было делать стартер и возможно генератор (пропадала временами зарядка), а в 10 метрах находится Стартерок и Кунцевский авторынок на случай, если потребуются дополнительно запчасти. При приемке сказал приемщику Дмитрию все симптомы, он предложил диагностику за 1500, но что это за диагностика и что она покажет, так и не смог ответить. Решил, что сначала снимем стартер, а дальше будет видно. После снятия стартера выяснилось, что силовому проводу почти конец. Стою, определяюсь, задаю вопросы мастеру, чтобы понять, что они могут сделать, а что нет. И тут подходит этот приемщик Дмитрий и по хамски заявляет, что у него уже очередь из клиентов и я тут мешаюсь со своим снятым стартером. Далее была эпопея, в результате которой я понял, что проблемы клиента этого молодого человека мало волнуют. В итоге в сервисе нет даже банально клеммы взамен сгнившей, но при этом есть электрик... Отдельно хочу сказать, что слесаря делают все качественно и общаются на порядок вежливее приемщика. И про цены: замена ремня генератора с роликами, а также снятие и установка генератора и стартера обошлись в 5350. По московским меркам не самые низкие цены и в них можно было бы включить немного уважения к клиентам. Сюда больше ни ногой.
