Были сначала в Гвозде. Продавец - консультант всё хорошо объяснила. Какого черта покупку оформила в мега доме 🤦‍♀️ потому что ближе к дому. Тут же продавцы огонь, особенно Наталья. Совершенно не компетентная. Ещё и трубку бросает. Не может наладить контакт с покупателем и истерит. Продавец Сюзанна сказала в своё оправдание, что слишком много покупателей, поэтому не успевает. Продажи явно не их конёк. Звезда чисто за обслуживание. Посмотрим ещё на сборку.

Ваша жалоба была рассмотрена территориальным управляющим, приняты меры по урегулированию сложившейся ситуации: мебель доставлена и собрана в положенные сроки, с продавца-консультанта взята объяснительная, сделан выговор. Не первый раз приобретаем мебель в данной компании "Шатура мебель". Купили спальный гарнитур и гостиную. Очень довольны и дизайнои и качеством. Особая благодарность продавцу-консультанту Наталье. Доставка и сборка в сроки и качественно. За прихожей и кухней, думаю, в эту же компанию👍
