Хороший шашлык и аджапсантал. Есть домашнее вино. Помещение не очень большое, без изысков. Находится в здании торгового центра "Рапира". Есть доставка. Всегда заказываю у них шашлык домой.

Были 14 марта. Свинной шашлык нормальный (на твёрдую четвёрочку ), а вот остальное... Вилки с круглыми ручками-это нечто! Впечатление, что еш палочками для риса (причем только одной). Запечёный картофель даже ножом было невозможно разделить. Ну и при внимательном рассмотрении чека выяснилось, что посчитали 2 порции картофеля вместо 1. Больше я туда ни ногой! И никому не советую.

06.03.2020 в 13.00 заказал с сайта доставку к 18ч30м заказ №1768 на сумму 3440р., перезвонил молодой человек и сказал что одной позиции картофель молодой с салом 2 порции нет, я сказал давайте заменим на картофель без сала т.к в моём заказе уже было 2 порции картофеля без сала, он сказал что все 4 порции будут в одном контейнере, я попросил разделить по 2-е порции в контейнер. Ответ молодого человека мы этого не будем делать. Уважаемое руководство у вас указана стоимость за порцию и раз вы продаёте свой товар порционно то клиенту вы должны отгружать порционно, а если вы хотите объединять порции то должны согласовывать с клиентом, я уже привык что ваши контейнеры трещат по швам т.к вы запихиваете по 5 порций в один контейнер. Некоторые разные позиции например шашлык и картофель вы запихиваете тоже в один контейнер не согласовав, это не удобно т.к картофель может быть для одного человека, а шашлык для другого. Но скажите разве трудно было выполнить просьбу клиента!!!!! Вашему молодому человеку который мне позвонил вообще всё равно он даже не пытался найти выход, просто "тупо" отказ и всё, он вынудил меня попробовать достучаться до вас РУКОВОДСТВО если вы конечно читает отзывы. Спасибо вам за прекрасное настроение!!!!!!!!
