Сегодня была на первом занятии у Татьяны на Хатха йога для начинающих. Очень мне понравилось,шла на занятие после работы уставшая,пришла и первое,что меня удивило - вас встречают с позитивом,все покажут и расскажут,уже весь инвентарь есть для занятий. Второе- вы не почувствуете себя неудобно среди людей, комфортно и дружелюбно. Третье - за каждым есть присмотр,вам подскажут как правильно. Я вышла с таким огромным зарядом энергии!
