Качество работы одного из мастеров (того, кто помоложе) на низком уровне. Ремонтирует обувь неаккуратно, до его ремонта было лучше, а кроме этого хамит и врёт. Второй мастер делает качественно, предварительно предлагает разные варианты починки, доброжелателен и вежлив.

Много раз чинили обувь в этой мастерской за последние 20 лет, всегда только с положительным результатом. После ремонта уже и сапоги сносятся, а набойки, как новые (те, которые не самые дешевые, а в народе называются "авиационная резина"). В последнее время даже стала заказывать набойки подешевле, а то потом жалко выбрасывать сношенные сапоги с такими прекрасными набойками )))

Взяли ботинки в работу только с переплатой. Объяснил суть проблемы, указал на то, что нужно исправить. В итоге: Сделали только половину работы (набить каблук), вторую половину сделали отвратительно. Не знают и не ценят свою работу, не говоря о клиентах. На все претензии — смотрят высокомерно (не нарваться, не приходи) Ни соседям, ни знакомым эту «лавочку» рекомендовать никогда н буду!!! Одно название чего стоит — «ШАНС»! Мастер не знает что существуют современные материалы для ремонта обуви, клеят фактически моментом (ЦИАТИМ). Купите себе нормальные материалы, цените свой труд! Уважайте и слушайте клиентов! – показать

Мне мастерская очень нравится, делают быстро и качественно. И мастера не хапуги всегда подскажут как лучше сделать и не всегда в свою пользу (по деньгам), ну а кто считает что там дорого могут сходить к нашим «братьям меньшим», пока не нашла эту мастерскую мне несколько пар сапог испортили так называемые» мастера». И вообще,что могут знать об обуви люди которые всю жизнь ходят в сланцах????Жалко закрыли ремонт одежды,но может ещё откроют.
