лежала в данной больнице с сотрясением и хочу сказать, что в целом не все так плохо. но хочу перечислить следующие моменты, из-за которых осталась крайне недовольна: во-первых, еду дают иногда холодной, что даже невозможно кушать. я все понимаю, конечно, бесплатная медицина, но еду хотя бы можно разогреть? не думаю, что вы хотели бы своих родителей или же детей кормить холодной пищей. во-вторых, очень поразила медсестра-хамка в очках, которая постоянно с недовольным лицом, я могла бы войти в положение человека работа и усталость, но постоянные недовольства к пациентам, особенно к пожилым людям, не оставили меня без внимания. возник вопрос по поводу сколько нужно пить таблеток утром, ответ был следующий: «девушка, идите в свою палату». делала уколы и остался огромный синяк, на тот момент когда другие медсестры делали все почти безболезненно и без последствий на моем теле. был обед и я хотела поинтересоваться чем будут кормить, мне ответили «не подходите к каталке с едой на метр и идите в свою палату» и дело тут в ВЕЖЛИВОСТИ!!! еще один момент заключается в том, что эта женщина кричит на весь этаж во время тихого часа! очень удивлена как такие хамки работают с нашими бабушками/дедушками, родителями, братьями/сестрами и детьми. всем здоровья и не болейте! :)

Пришли с престарелой матерью делать рентген. Мать едва держится на ногах. Какая-то хамка в очках, презрительно окинув взглядом, спросила "Чего вам надо?" Когда попросил её вести себя повежливее, сказала: "Если что-то не нравится, сидите дома лечитесь!" Это кто таких "специалистов" берёт туда работать? Устала рентгены делать? До обеда 10 минут осталось и тебя, видишь ли, попросили поработать, а не свалить на обед пораньше? Так иди в дворники работай - там свободный график. Кто вообще допускает подобную хамку работать с больными людьми?
