Заведующая канцелярией Князева Е.Д. отвратительно общается по телефону, с отсутствием элементарных навыков вежливости и уважения, к тем кто платит ей зарплату(налогоплательщики). Информацию не по рассмотрения ходу дел предоставляет, хотя это ее прямая обязанность.

На заседание приехала раньше своего времени, судья и секретарь куда-то ушли, их полчаса не было, в конечном итоге заседание началось на час позже времени, которое назначили. Безобразно относятся к людям, вообще не учитывают, что помимо судебных заседаний, есть и другие дела, да ещё ждут дети, а лишний час никто не вернёт!!!

Мы все люди, и в трудную минуту - оставайтесь людьми. Много обиды, много боли - и это у вас возникли проблемы, а они просто пришли на работу и они просто их документируют. Это у нас проблема, смерть, ужас, а им (девочки милые держитесь) их задача это зафиксировать.

Получил мотивированное решение по делу рассмотренное судьёй Будигиным Д.В., не сечёт в сфере горнолыжного туризма явно. Потому что отказал в компенсации, хотя она по всем законам положена, в мотивировке неверные логические выводы. Поэтому конечно нужно вводить специализацию по сферам рассматриваемых судьями дел.
