Никогда нельзя надееться, что получится снять необходимую сумму, когда это нужно: очень часто банкоматы вовсе не работают, а если и удалось застать его в рабочем состояние, то всегда очередь минимум человек из пяти, да и очень редко в банкомате есть мелкие купюры - 50, 100, 500! это очень не удобно. Так же не нравится, что оплату по квитанции можно совершать только в терменале, это очень долго и всё те же очереди.

О***ка
Было отличное отделение Сбербанка и рядом с домом, а последнее время - просто ужас - работают 3 окна (из 8), очереди гигантские, кассиры конечно стараются, но они тоже люди + постоянно зависают компьютерные программы. Чтобы заплатить за коммунальные услуги , приходится с маленькими детьми в душном помещении стоять по 30 минут. Хорошо, что хоть детский уголок сделали, правда из него уже почти всe добрые клиенты растащили.
