конфиденциальность?! о чем вы?! адекватность?? о чем вы?! приехать по месту работы и рассказать про диагноз заболевшего всем обычным сотрудникам для них это норма, предварительно позвонить и связаться с руководителем компании или начальником отдела кадров - а что? так можно было?

МНПЦ борьбы с туберкулезом, сообщаем что предоставление сведений, составляющих врачебную тайну, без согласия гражданина или его законного представителя допускается: при угрозе распространения инфекционных заболеваний (ст.13 Федерального закона «Об основах охраны здоровья граждан в Российской Федерации» от 21.11.2011 № 323-ФЗ), при этом согласие пациента на обследование контактных лиц не требуется. Для выявления возможных источников распространения туберкулезной инфекции и обследования контактных лиц, устанавливаются лица, контактировавшие с больным в семье, квартире, доме, по месту работы, в том числе и на работе по совместительству (п.8. СП 3.1.2.3114 – 13 «Профилактика туберкулеза»). Кроме того, в контексте противотуберкулезной работы, в ст. 12 Федерального закона «О предупреждении распространения туберкулеза в Российской Федерации» от 21.11.2011 № 323-ФЗ содержится указание о возможности передачи третьим лицам персональных сведений, непосредственно связанных с оказанием противотуберкулезной помощи больному туберкулезом и проведением противоэпидемических мероприятий.
