Начиталась негативных отзывов- тряслась как осиновый лист, уже была готова оплатить билет другой компанией и плюнуть на деньги, хорошо отговорили!!! Летала Москва-Барселона-Москва, самолеты Аэробус 321. Самолеты отличные (никакие не потрепанные), стюардессы ОЧЕНЬ приветливые и милые, кормили нормально, пилоты просто 5+++ Обратно прилетала 7.06.14 (если кто-то был в Шереметьево- ливень был стеной), пилот самолет посадил как на подушку! Я очень боюсь летать, но с этой компанией себя чувствовала БЕЗОПАСНО! Не читайте негативных отзывов- у компании ни одной катастрофы, в отличии от более именитых, и рейтинг надежности высокий....тьфу-тьфу-тьфу конечно. Ставлю 4 только за перенос обратного рейса, но это чартер, все предсказуемо...

Покупая турпутевку, очень просила сотрудницу «не скупиться на авиакомпанию». На что она мне предложила NORDWIND AIRLINES, говоря о том, что недавно летала и там все супер. Когда я зашла в самолет, я была в шоке от состояния салона. Конечно первое впечатление м.б. обманчивым… Но нет…На сайте компании написано: «Инновационный потенциал. : "Такого еще не было"- является нашим девизом». Действительно… такого ещё не было!!! 1. 25 пледов на весь самолет, некоторым пришлось в 3м укрываться одним. 2. На 6,5 часовой перелет давали пересушенный рис\мясо, хотя это не мясо, а тушенка, и кусок хлеба с маслом. 6,5 часов!!! Ладно я, но детям, которые летели, им явно этого было мало. 3. А ещё в самолете была сломана дверь туалета. Ручка от двери оставалась в твоей руке, чтобы ты не делал). 4. Ещё я узнала, что всю еду греют в микроволновке, поэтому она такая тепла( Так что вот такие инновации.

Самая отвратительная авиакомпания! Стюардессы не доброжелательны. Пол самолета свободны, но нас посадили по три человека и не позволили пересесть. Все летели как селедки в банке. Хотя масса мест была свободна.
