Северный банк Сбербанка России - это ультра быстрые денежные переводы не только по стране, за рубеж, но и между телефоном и обналичиванием денег с него . Как раз самое отличное решение было придумать, чтобы с моби денег (с телефона с этой услугой) можно было бы сделать как раз перевод в любой офис и снять деньги наличными - это очень удобно, если у Вас нет кредитки, или просто Ваш банк очень долго переводит -принимает деньги, а тут перевод моментальный и можно снять в любом офисе, в том числе сотрудничающих с этой услугой банках, а их, благо, очень и очень много. Я пользуюсь и довольна и Вам рекомендую.

В банке чисто, есть встречающий персонал. Помещение неплохо организовано. Но уровень подготовленности сотрудников оставляет желать много лучшего. Я заказывала пластиковую карту Visa Classic, чтобы получать деньги из России в другой стране. Заполнила анкету, все документы. Через положенное время звонят, карта готова. Прихожу и вижу, что одна буква в моем имени перепутана - не Анна, а Алла. Спрашиваю, как же так? Мне отвечают, да ладно, ничего, берите так , как есть, подумаешь, немного неправильно. Я представила, как я буду заграницей доказывать, что это моя карта, просто "немного неправильная", и отказалась. Переделывать карту вреиени не было. Но претензию написала. Извинений было много, из разных мест, в том числе из Москвы. Все приносили свои извинения, но помочь ничем не могли. Так и осталась я без карты
