Уже сколько времени пользуюсь услугами этого банка, ни разу не было претензий. Обслуживание очень быстрое и удобное. Сотрудники обладают всей необходимой квалификацией, чтобы помочь. А еще очень удобно расположен, проблем никаких с поиском. Всем рекомендую!)

Конечно же Сбербанк России является самым крупным в нашей стране, но в его обслуживании постоянно происходят какие-нибудь казусы. Постоянно не работают банкоматы и терминалы оплаты, а если и работают, то с какими-нибудь сбоями. При этом деньги ты сможешь получить обратно только через 2 недели Постоянные очереди, что совершить какую-нибудь операцию, можно около часа простоять в очереди. Очень низкие ставки по вкладам, лучше уж дома под подушкой хранить деньги. А чтобы получить нормальную сумму по кредиту, нужно иметь довольна таки высокую заработную плату, обращалась за кредитом на машину, нужен был миллион, а они предлагали мне взять только 600000, зачем мне они??? если на любимую машину всё равно не хватит. Вообще, обслуживание оставляет желать лучшего!
