Вежливый персонал! Дважды были в магазине и всегда нас встречали с улыбкой и вниманием. Помогали в выборе изделия. Также подсказали про тенденции будущего сезона. Спасибо большое за помощь!!!

Сервис просто космос ! Я в шоке до сих пор , что так бывает! Понравилась одна шуба в Инстаграмме , но не могла приехать из за работы из Уссурийска , позвонила , попросила отложить до выходных . Мне сказали , что могут привезти её в Уссурийск и можно сделать примерку на дому . Я сомневалась , что вдруг не подойдёт по размеру . Менеджер сказал , что все равно примерка на дому бесплатно , даже если ничего не подойдёт . Затем сотрудники магазина запросили снять мерки , я им все отправила в вотсап, и мне перезвонили из магазина по видео связи , показали эту шубу моего размера на сотруднице , со всех сторон. Потом по телефону оформили заявку на рассрочку. А уже на следующий день ко мне приехал очень дружелюбный курьер))) и я спокойно примерила дома эту шубку. Подписала договор на рассрочку и курьер уехал. Вообщем , получилась целая поэма)))) , но сам процесс оказался очень простым и быстрым! Очень удивлена такому сервису у нас , ещё раз большое спасибо менеджерам , которые со мной работали, и желаю процветания вашей компании - вы очень крутые!
