Кардинальные изменения в худшую сторону Достоинства: Много офисов Недостатки: Нет менеджеров, какие то женщины ,паспортистки из СССР, Не знаю, что случилось с турфирмой... там все кардинально изменилось, по сравнению, с прошлым годом, даже. Там раньше приятно было общаться с менеджерами, видно было и их образование, и мотивацию правильныю, и работу отдела персонала, и явные вложения организации в обучение менеджеров... все исчезло в этом году, больше ничего нет. Пообщавшись с 2мя офисами, по поводу тура, осталась в неприятном впечатлении. Там больше нет менеджеров. Они исчезли. Работа персонала на уровне, ,звОнит, , и, ,поклАсть, , Больше эта турфирма для меня не существует, пока, там не поменяется концепция. Сейчас они еще как то там, ,берут, , количеством офисов и видимо, минимальным вложением в персонал и развитие, но это путь вникуда... их ждет участь 1001 тура с их 3ми офисами на окраинах города и, ,остальные офисы у нас ремонте, приезжайте в Купчино, , Спасибо, но у нас для вас, пока нет времени! будут деньги, на аренду офисов, мотивацию персонала и развитие, тогда и звоните.

Отвратительное отношени Достоинства: Много офисов Недостатки: Отвратительное отношение после получения денег за тур После оплаты тура на вас тотчас же забивпют болт, и уже вы начинаете долго изнурительно вызванивать менеддера дабы получить инормацию по брони и вылету. Не ждите от менеджеров участия в процессе и желания помочь в нестандартных вопросах
