Ужасное место, начиная с рецепшена заканчивая врачами.. тянут деньги по ДМС не чего лечить не хотят.

обслуживался на Савушкина 104. Решил по страховой полечить зубы. При первом приёме врач сказал что один зуб по страховой остальные 4 зуба не по страховой и будет стоить 12 т.р., я с этим согласился. При 2ом посещении лечили два зуба и врач сказал что мол как и договаривались (при этом не уточнил что и как), по окончанию процедуры оказалось, что один зуб попал под гарантию, а другой обошелся за 4т.р. я был приятно удивлен. 3ье посещение, я сделал чистку зубов air-flow и ультразвуком, она входит в страховку, но по окончанию меня попросили заплатить 2т.р. при всем при этом в чеке они пробили терапию. В дальнейшем планировл дальше у них лечить зубы. После долгих выяснений они мне сказали, что мне одобрили бесплатную чистку зубов,а те деньги примут в зачет последующего лечения зубов. Разводят и я такой не один с нашей компании. Сейчас жду справку, где они пропишут, что делали чистку зубов и взяли за это 2т.р. и буду делать возврат через страховую. Так что будьте внимательны. При всем расстраивает, что врут в глаза и не краснеют. Верь после этого… всем удачи не болейте. К работам претензий нет, все ок) – показать

Пришла в клинику за 15 минут до начала приема, прождала 40 минут. При этом слышала, что врач в это время очень мило общался с предыдущими клиентами и не думал даже закругляться (я не поняла, но по моему прием врач ведёт сразу с несколькими пациентами). Медсестра, которая параллельно подрабатывает на ресепшене ещё очень долго делала мне карточку, потом вышел один из предыдущих пациентов, она его записывала на другой день, хотя напомню, я уже жду 40 минут! Потом она дала мне заполнить анкету!!! А там в кабинете ещё кто то остался. Я в итоге ушла. Не знаю как с качеством работ, но сервис не соответствует заявленной цене. – показать
