Я туда точно больше не пойду Достоинства: не нашла Недостатки: качество еды Данное кафе расположено на территории торгового центра "Карнавал", много раз, ходя по магазинам, проходила мимо него, и вот решила попробовать, что же представляет собой советская кухня. Начну с описания кафе: все в красных тонах, флажки, знамена, лозунги (особенно оригинально это смотрится в перемешку с рекламными плакатами энергетиков и газировок, которых в Союзе определенно не было). Официанты в белых рубашках и красных галстуках (правда и они выбиваются из образов - не думаю, что в СССР в кафе работали одни китайцы). (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Цены в кафе примерно на одном уровне в сравнении с другими кафе ТЦ "Карнавал": что-то дешевле, что-то дороже, но средний чек примерно одни выходит. Перейдем к порциям и качеству продуктов. Плюс в том, что размер порции можно определять самому (так как цена указана за 100 грамм). Но опять же даже самые маленькие кусочки не такие уж и маленькие. А качество оставляет желать лучшего. Например в той же сельди под шубой хорошо видна только "шуба", саму сельдь еще поискать надо - крошечные кусочки не по всей поверхности салата. Мясо с картошкой тоже оставляет желать лучшего. Собственно выглядит блюдо так: кусок свинины с жиром, сверху что-то на вроде тертой картошки, все это под слоем сыра с майонезом. Мясо сравнительно нормальное. Картошка по непонятной причине оказалась кислой, а сыр майонезом так задубел, как будь-то обветривался в течение недели. В желудке после такого обеда - тяжесть и дискомфорт. Брала еще клюквенный морс (порция - стакан 0,5 литра) такое ощущение, что и его хорошо разбавили водой, оценить его вкус просто невозможно. Так что я в таком месте обедать точно больше не буду, в"Карнавале" есть более хорошие места, куда можно зайти.
