Отличное агентство. Покупала и приобретала квартиру. Оптимальные цены за услуги. Очень хороший риелтор Зарубина Светлана-оперативно подбирает массу вариантов, всегда советует по документам, что стоит брать, а что нет (например, если при покупке у продавца собственность меньше 3-5 лет, лучше не приобретать, могут быть проблемы в будущем, если предыдущий переход в собственность был не чистый),при продаже, даже в банке со мной присутствовала, хотя в основном мы работали по покупке, читала все документы, объясняла, что все затраты несет покупатель (оплата ячеек в банке и т.п.). Мне она очень помогла, большое ей спасибо)
