Сплошной обман Достоинства: Не нашла Недостатки: Сплошные подделки Почитала отзывы и понала, что не одна я стала жертвой этих обманщиков. Мало, что духи подделка, так ещё мудрят с доставкой, хотела оформить доставку на дом, гоняют по сайту и ничего. Не понятно. Если бы не подарочная карта, не связалась бы с этими бессовестными.

Худший сервис с которым я сталкивалась Достоинства: Нет Недостатки: Абсолютно плевать на клиентов Худший сервис с которым я сталкивалась. Сделала заказ в пятницу в 11 часов утра. Оплатила. На сайте было указано что доставка 12.12. 20. В 21 час тогда дня мне приходит смс о том что заказ обрабатывают. На следующий день никто не позвонил, в 15 часов устала ждать и позвонила сама, оператор все свалила на курьерскую службу и предложила мне самой связаться с ними и решать вопрос самостоятельно. (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); После некоторых препираний она согласовала мне доставку на 13.12 с 10 до 14, оформили жалобу и она сказала что в течении суток со мной свяжутся. В течении часа после моего звонка мне пришёл чек( как оказалось и разговора ещё спустя сутки именно чек и является подтверждением того что заказ передали в курьерскую службу). Через несколько часовщ звонят КС чтобы подтвердить время доставки и сообщаются что им поступила информация о моем заказе только в три часа текущего дня, сразу после моего звонка. То есть более суток моим заказом вообще не занимались. Прошли ещё сутки, ни ответа ни привета, заказа до сих пор нет, на часах три часа. Звонила в два часа в риф гош, е**ть они хотели своих клиентов, говорят это не их проблема, они чего не обещали и никто со мной связываться не обязан и решать мои проблемы с оплаченным заказом, сидите и ждите. Потрясающе. 10 дизлайков из 10 отправляются в риф гош. Туда же куда они в пешее сексуальное путешествие шлют своих клиентов.
