Неклиентоориентированы. Ужасная служба доставки. Косметика приходи вскрытая. Достоинства: акции Недостатки: низкий уровень клиентоориентированности у сотрудников Заказала косметику в магазине Подружка, доставку согласовала. Однако в назначенный день курьер не приехал. Позвонил робот и самовольно предложил мне перенос доставки на другой день. Выбора не было - я согласилась. Но в тот день курьер также не приехал. Позвонила менеджер отдела доставки и голосом твердым с чувством собственного достоинства и большого снисхождения мне сообщила, что доставка переносится еще на два дня. Заказ был предварительно оплачен мной! Итог - куча потраченного времени, нервов. А косметика пришла спустя 3 недели после оформления заказа, целостность упаковки нарушена. Крем для тела вообще уже с активированным дозатором. Увидела уже после ухода курьера. Никогд больше ничего не куплю в этой сети.

моя любовь Достоинства: приятная система лояльности Недостатки: нет Один из моих самых любимых магазинов. В наличии всегда разнообразный товар хорошего качества. Очень приятная лояльная программа, всегда проходят интересные акции и хорошие скидки. Сеть магазинов довольна объемная, что позволяет им располагаться почти в каждом районе. Всегда приятный персонал, который поможет найти нужный для вас товар и поможет разобраться в интересующих вас вопросах.
