Была в ВЦ 16 сентября, записывалась на 15 часов. В 15 ровно уже вызвали на сдачу документов, этот процесс занял не более 10 минут с учетом заполнения всяких бумажек для курьерской доставки паспорта (стоит 880 рублей, если кому-то пригодится эта информация). Очередь в кассу — 3 минуты. А вот на биотметрию уже дольше — полчаса. В итоге на все ушел час из-за биометрии) Сотрудники все достаточно любезные, на телефоны не ругаются (хотя, вроде, их нельзя использовать в ВЦ?) Но для меня почему-то стало новостью то, что нужно сдавать еще и сканы всех заполенных страниц заграна 🤷‍♀️ Не видела информацию про это на сайте. Если вы вдруг тоже не увидели (хотя мб это я невнимательная), то вот, нужны копии, их может сделать сотрудник, проверяющий документы, по цене, кажется, 10 рублей за лист.

Подавали документы 5.07.2021 с запросом визы с 13.07, через тур-агенство. Все документы были в порядке, хорошее фин обеспечение, визовая история без вопросов, никаких проблем казалось не должно было возникнуть. Документы вернули только 14.07 с визой от 13.07. Визу предоставили, но когда? Тур был аннулирован, отдыха никакого не получилось. Никаких «извините» сухих, вот так получилось. Более того, для возмещения через страховую нужна справка-подтверждение о поздней выдачи документов, казалось бы, событие уже произошло, претензий к ним никаких никто не предъявляет, подтвердите просто факт, нет, не дали пока, ждём вот до сих пор. К сожалению, не могу оставить положительный отзыв ни по какому основанию.
