Проблема в тексте жалобы:Обратились в Вашу компанию, т.к. плита после перепада электричества в доме начала «подглючивать», а именно самостоятельно вставала на блок и также самостоятельно снималась по несколько раз подряд при этом был соответствующий писк.В связи с тем что это могло продолжаться до 40 мин и соответственно данный звук раздражал и было принято решение обратиться в Вашу компанию.Но приехавший мастер сломал по моему все что смог! фото прилагаю1.Начнем с того, что причина обращения в заказ-наряде указана не верно! Хотя вполне внятно проблему вызова объяснили.​​​​​​​2.Контуры на некоторых комфорках «поехали»​​​​​​​3 Одна из комфорок не включается полностью4 Духовой шкаф вставлен криво и недокнца5 Саморезы вкручены под углом, некоторые так что туда даже вдавлены уплотнители6 Увеличен зазор между духовым шкафом и столешнецей7 листы теплоизаляции, защищающие от перегрева деревянную поверхность столов/шкафов кухонного гарнитура от стенок духового шкафа не были установлены мастером на прежнее место, что вызывает вопрос о пожаробезопасности! Прошу в срочном порядке разобраться и прислать мастера для устранения дефектов, т.к. пользоваться плитой и духовым шкафом теперь просто страшно.В ответ тишина! Только девочки из колл центра как попугаи, ни какой информации пока нет когда появится то свяжемся. А когда появится тоже сказать не могут. – показать
