23 января 2020 отдал ноутбук в ремонт. Сегодня 8 мая ноутбук не отремонтирован. обратной связи с сервисным центром нет. После разговора с руководителем сервисного центра, было сказано, что ноутбук готов, причина неисправности найдена. Сказал забрать можно после выходных во вторник( через 5 дней). Прошло 2 недели! Что и говорить , если руководитель слова своего не держит, какое может быть отношение его сотрудников к клиентам сервиса.

Сделали ноутбук по гарантии ASUS очень быстро, среагировали тоже оперативно (в отличие от официальной поддержки ASUS). Привезли/увезли ноут доставкой бесплатно. Ещё и засветы устранили, поставив новый экран, как я понял. Тоже сначала смотрел на отзывы, но работой доволен на все 100%. А это ещё и бесплатный гарантийный ремонт был.

Единственный из официальных сервисов msi, СЦ на савеловском рынке, где нашелся донер для моей клавиатуры. Рекомендую.Большинство других СЦ в принципе клавиши не ремонтируют(меняют только клаву целиком), те немногие что ремонтируют не имели донера, но и при условии «если найдется донер (например через неделю)» брали дорого (300—500 рублей, при этом и самим можно заказать клавишу в интернете за 200р+300 доставка или полностью заменить клавиатуру на новую 1500—3000р в зависимости от сервиса) и тре бовали оставить им ноут.

Отдала на диагностику залитый ноут. Во время диагностики в этом сервисе специально отключили провода питания экрана, динамиков и разъемов под флешки, чтобы вкатить мне счет по полной. Отнесла к другому мастеру, выяснилось что у ноутбука пострадали лишь пару кнопок на клаве.
