Просто ужасное обслуживание, но всё по порядку: Мне было необходимо заменить заднюю крышку (стекло) на Sony Xperia xz premium, позвонил в контактный центр (по телефону), согласовал с оператором о цене, выезде на дому мастера (уж очень обрадовался, а зря), подумав, не уж что сейчас приедет и всё сделает. Прождал день, к вечеру позвонил, уточнил где мастер, но как оказалось я позвонил совсем в другой город (номер телефона один, а соединение по стране идёт), и они вообще не в курсе о чем речь, хотя моя заявка у них имеется и они её видят. Наступил следующий день, я решил пойти к ним сам, в их расположенный центр (тц Аура, г Новосибирск). Зашёл в карты Гугла и увидел их адрес и режим работы, убедился что они работают. Но не тут то было. Я пришёл и увидел что они вообще закрыты. Позвонил снова им, оказался на линии в г Екатеринбурге, рассказал оператору все нюансы (представьте моё состояние когда я ему это объяснял), только после этого мне пришло смс о заявке. Итог всей этой песни: если Вам дорого Ваше время и нервы - не обращайтесь к ним. Потому что обслуживание просто на низком уровне. Неужели нельзя сделать единый номер в каждом городе и общий в стране, - это первое. Второе, - никаких выездов мастера, видимо, не существует. Такое ощущение, что мастер просто (извиняюсь) напился и отдыхает дома после рабочего тяжёлого дня. Надеюсь Вам помог мой отзыв. Для специалистов, которые спрашивают номер заявки: держите - #585267. Категорически не рекомендую к ним обращаться. Уж больно лояльно отношение в целом. Фото прилагается в выходной день, хотя график работы указывает на рабочее время.
