Сегодня была записана на ремонт скола на лобовом стекле. Приехала, а мастер отказал мне в ремонте, сославшись на то, что скол находится на шелкографии стекла и он ремонтировать не будет. Я попросила присесть в машину, т.к.из нутри видно, что скол находится сверху, на границе этой шелкографии. А мастер уперся рогом, не буду ремонтировать и всё. Я очень просила отремонтировать, т.к.замена стекла будет стоить в разы дороже. Конечно мастеру не хочется тратить 40 минут на ремонт скола, т.к.работа сто ит всего 1000руб. В итоге мастер повернулся ко мне спиной и ушел. Нельзя при разговоре с клиентом поворачиваться спиной и уходить, во-первых это не красиво по отношению к девушке, а во-вторых можно было хотя бы залить этот скол, если уж совсем не хочется возиться. И вообще впечатление от мастера не очень хорошее осталось, т.к.он с пренебрежением относится к водителям женского пола. Менеджер с сочувствием отнёсся, а вот мастер высокомерный и надменный. В итоге уехала я не отремонтировав стекла, да, и еще мне не дали пропуск на выезд. Охрана оказалась более благородная и выпустили без пропуска. – показать

Вчера заехал поменят масло в двигателе, чуч двигатель себе не повредил, работают не профессионалы не смогли мне правильно закрутит масленный фильтр, вот выехал и все масло вылелас спс огромное им из-за них 75 тысяч пришлось раскошеливается. Лучше не заежайте вообщем!!!!!!
