Мне был важен физический адрес. Видя его на сайте» я поверила. Судя по предыдущему отзыву-зря. Тем не менее, позвонила и отдала свой компьютер. Мне обещали позвонить в течнние 1—2 дней. Не позвонили. На 3й позвонила я сама, мне сказали, что со мной свяжется сам мастер. Ог мне позвонил, сказал, что немного задержался, но в этот день или на следующий обязательно мне позвогит и все скажет. Он не позвонил. Снова на 3й денб после его звонка я ему звонила уже с возмещением. Была послана. Потом он скид ывал трубку и не отвечал на мои звонки. Компьютер я свой пока не получила. Думаю, что делать дальше. Никому не советую связываться. Либо простл мошенники, либо люди- у которых отсутствуют элементарные понятия о вежливости, клиентском сервисе и исполнительностиь – показать

Уж не знаю какое качество ремонта, но оценить его мне было проблематично. Дело в том, что я пришёл по адресу, который указан у них на сайте, но сервисного центра там не оказалось. После звонка выяснилось, что у них нет офиса и работают мастер приезжает на дом, о чём на сайте написано не было. Надо было, конечно, сразу позвонить, но адрес был указан на сайте дважды и была вставлена карта от Яндекса с указанным адресом для того, чтобы знать как проехать, поэтому у меня создалась стойкая убеждённос ть в наличии офиса по этому адресу. Может быть сейчас многие работают по выезду, но я редко сталкиваюсь с поломками, а потому привык уже давно ходить непосредственно в офис. Я опасаюсь выездных мастеров, мне кажется, что так больше простора для мошенничества, но я могу отстать от жизни и быть не прав. Мне было важно самому увидеть мастерскую, в том числе как место, где точно будет находиться моя техника. В итоге я потратил час своего времени (и хорошо, что живу близко), а позже у меня были другие дела и я не смог обратиться в этот же день в другой сервис. Так я потерял день в ремонте техники, которая нужна была мне как можно быстрее в рабочем состоянии. Поэтому ставлю 2 за дезинформацию на сайте, которая спутала мои планы, среднюю 3 не заслужили. Совершенствуйтесь и удачи вам. – показать
