Телефон в ремонте более месяца, две недели назад пришла деталь на телефон, микросхема, до сих пор установить не могут! Никакой информации не дают, сами ни разу не позвонили, не обсуждали детали ремонта! Никому не советую и сама больше туда точно ни ногой!!!

Уважаемая Ирина, с Вашим отзывом не согласны, так как менеджеры всегда отзваниваются, а в последнем пункте квитанции указано — если с вами не связались, позвоните пожалуйста сами! Укажите пожалуйста Ваш номер квитанции для того что бы были приняты меры, так как наша команда старается избежать, предотвратить такие интеденты! Спасибо!

Уважаемый Михаил, не могу вам не ответить. Телефон мне все-таки отдали, меры с сотрудниками были приняты, на этом все хорошее закончилось, так как телефон не починили, взяв за ремонт в общей сложности 8000 рублей. Свое мнение о сервисе не изменила!!!! Ужасный сервис, никому не рекомендую!!!

под установленным стеклом оставили грязный отпечаток пальца пришлось ходить два раза а живу я не близко дело даже не в этом просто время потеряла очень много короче говоря пришлось побегать : (
