"Обман и развод на деньги". Готовый слоган для Мастер Гнома. Сдал на диагностику ноутбук HP Pavilion DV6 17 февраля 2017г (пятница). По телефону сказали - за 1 сутки сделаем. Пришёл - завтра в субботу будет мастер, но может не успеть, а в воскресенье выходной, так что только в понедельник. Обман номер раз. Александр (человек в сервисе) сказал "в процессе понадобится чистка ноутбука (согласен), так что стоить это будет 1 250 рублей как для всех других". На сайте в прайс листе указано - чистка ноутбука и замена термопасты - 1 000р. Обман номер два. На следующий день я позвонил узнать всё ли готово, может мастер успел, Александр мне сказал, что крепление экрана починили, с меня 500р, меня предупреждал мастер. Оно действительно барахлило, но я сдал на диагностику, меня не предупредили о стоимости работ. Обман номер три. Но сказал - можно не платить.. И самое классное. Пришёл домой - не работает звук, в сервисе включал, но даже не подумал запускать, например, видео - работает и работает. Звука нет и после переустановки драйверов, виндоус. Разобрал ноутбук. Отключены шлейфы от колонок и от блока подключения наушников и микрофона... Варианта 2: специально отключили звук, чтобы я вернулся и содрать с меня денег за "ремонт" или криворукий мастер, который собрать нормально ноут не может. Уверен, первое - 2 шлейфа вырублено и только от звука. Совпадение?.. :) Но если и второе - тоже плохо, никудышный мастер. Решайте сами пользоваться ли услугами этих "бизнесменов", я никому не посоветую, развод.
