Отзывы исключительно негативные. Отдали оборудование еще осенью, из ремонта все еще не готово. То диагностируют, то нет детали, то деталь пришла бракованная, сроков никто не называет. Предоплата за ремонт была внесена. Единственное, что радует, что отдавали как юр.лицо и теперь будем судиться. Дело то выиграем, а вот обращаться к этим "псевдо-мастерам" крайне не советую. Неадекваты.

НУ Я ПОПАЛА!!! Хочу обратиться ко всем! Не связывайтесь с этой лабораторией! Сначала все было хорошо, ночью я сделала заявку, а уже утром милый, улыбающийся курьер забрал технику. Нужно было заменить аккумулятор в робот- пылесосе. Меня уверяли, что все сделают к Новому году, однако, прошло 2 месяца, а пылесос как не работал, так и не работает. Все стало еще хуже. После первого ремонта они мне привезли пылесос якобы с новым аккумулятором, но он не работал . После второго ремонта пылесос сломался окончательно. Он только нервно кружит в радиусе метра, визжит и отключается. Ощущение, что при смене аккумулятора они сломали ему мозги, и теперь я осталась и без пылесоса и без денег. 8500 - не маленькие деньги. И, конечно же, после этого я стала неинтересна этой "Лаборатории ремонта". Все опыты на мне они уже провели. Может там работают одни лаборанты или просто безрукие. Остается надеяться на чудо, хотя два раза я уже надеялась. Или искать защиту в других органах. И все-таки я надеюсь, что на мой крик души как-то отреагируют руководители. Хоть кто-то там есть с головой и руками?!
