Не смогли качественно заменить стекло на ipad (на фото - девайс после ремонта). Потратил кучу времени на то, что на Буденновском сделали на отлично за час. К тому же после ремонта оказалась надтреснут экран. Хамский, высокомерный персонал на стойке, отвратительное обслуживание. Кондиционер не включают, в каморке душно и жарко. Не покупайтесь на хороший сайт. В реальном мире ничего из того что обещают - нет.

Здравствуйте. Мы ознакомились с историей Ваших обращений, в том числе и с фото материалами Вашего устройства, с которым Вы обратились. Корпус имеет критические повреждения, сильно деформирован в нескольких местах. По-нашему регламенту и регламенту производителя, корпус меняется целиком и не подлежит испралению, так как он выполнен из алюминевых сплавов. Выпрямление корпуса в вашем случае может в дальнейшем сулить серьезными проблемами с устройством. Кроме того, хотим обратить внимание, мы возместили полную стоимость ремонта за данное устройство и считаем это проявлением высокого уровня лояльности к Вам, несмотря на то, что работу по замене сенсорного стекла мы выполнили корректно и профессионально, а случившаяся проблема при повторном обращении полностью связана с неисправностью другого элемента вашего устройства, а именно корпуса. Относительно микроклимата в помещении, дейсвительно имел место такой факт, но мы исправили его и Вам спасибо большое, что обратили на это внимание. Несмотря на неприятные обстоятельства, которые сложились между нами, мы будет крайне рады видеть Вас снова и постараемся быть максимально лояльны с Вами и сделать выгодные условия
