Вызывали мастера на замену замка. Приехал, озвучил стоимость 6600р, из них 1500р работа и 5100р замок! 5100р замок производства Зенит (как мы уже позже выяснили), который во всех магазинах стоит не больше 1300р! На наше справедливое замечание, из чего получается такая стоимость, начался разговор ни о чем... Что это не мастер назначает цены, но он сейчас позвонит тому, кто это делает и нам объяснят. А самое главное он даже не мог назвать фирму производителя замка, как заведенный говорил, что не помнит! На вопрос, а откуда тогда такая стоимость, все время отвечал, что другие люди занимаются ценообразованием и он сейчас ему позвонит. Человек на другом конце провода рассказал замечательную сказку о том, как они покупают замки от производителя плюс 30% от розничной цены!! а то что мы видим цены в интернете, так это все неправда и по факту нам точно продадут по другой цене. После того, как мы отказались устанавливать их "золотой" замок, мастер поставил нам старый и взял 1000р за ложный вызов. При этом после того, как мы сами купили этот замок на озоне за 900р и вызвали другого мастера, выяснилось, что предыдущий шуроповертом сорвал резьбу у нескольких болтов, закрутив их до самого упора. Было ли сделано это специально, решать вам. Но 100 раз подумайте, если решите воспользоваться услугами этой фирмы

Вы обращались не к нам, наши мастера не работают с замками фирмы Зенит. Замки данного производителя по качеству намного хуже фабричного китая, в работе не используем.
