Очень доволен проделанной работой! Из особенно порадовавших моментов: • за обычную цену был почищен и смазан неразборный (предпочту отметить, что это гораздо сложнее, чем при работе с разборным) кулер ноутбука; • после смерти windows были спасены все нужные мне файлы; • между прочим (при переустановке всё той же windows) мне было предложено приобрести SSD-накопитель и всю ту же windows установить на него, что должно было значительно улучшить работоспособность ноутбука. Именно это и произошло вследствие моего согласия! P. S. Некоторые подробности, которые по моему мнению могут кому-то помочь: Обратился я не с просьбами, а жалобами: невозможность восстановления работы windows и сильное дребезжание кулера, которое присутствовало до этой невозможности. Со мной согласовывались (сначала по телефону, а потом мессенджеру) виды работ: • переустановка windows; • восстановление нужных файлов; • смазывание и чистка системы охлаждения. Мне были сделаны предложения: • установка SSD и перенос операционной системы на него (модель накопителя и его стоимость согласовывались); • замена кулера. Цены не указываю по причине того, что политика мастерской предполагает предоставление скидок. P. P. S. Немного смутила эстетическая составляющая логотипа и визитки.
