Приехала к ним по направлению от ОСАГО. Альфа отправила мою малышку (Ниссан Микра) замену капота, бампера, крыльев, фар, радиаторов. Оказалось те кто делал дефектовку не учел еще много ремонта. СервисОптимаАвто сами согласовали скрытые повреждения и все починили. Кузовные запчасти они покупали оригинальные, но б/у . На сумму которую выделала страховая, новые оригинальные не купишь. Но вина не на сервисе, а на нашем законодательстве. Зато фары, радиатор и другие запчасти покупали новые... хотя не оригинальные. Опять таки выбор или доплачивать самой за износ запчастей как говорит закон. Но сделали хорошо: машинка выглядит как новая. И даже не заметно, что запчасти б/у и не оригинальные.

По страховой поставил машину на покраску. Неделю простояла, ничего не сделали. До этого сняли лючок бензобака для подбора краски, перепутали подобрали не тот цвет. Пока стояла, поцарапали дверь, свою вину признавать отказались. Не рекомендую.
