В середине 2019 года отдал принтер.Нужно было сбросить счетчик памперса. Продиагностировали и накрутили.Замена печатающей головки и другое.В общем при стоимости принтера 11000 за ремонт просили 6000.Отказался. Принтер работает исправно и по сей день. За сброс памперса,что делается за пять минут взяли 1500.Вот и весь сказ об конторе.

Игорь, сдравствуйте! Как я понимаю, у вас был HP Photosmart 5510? Сброс памперса, к вашему сведению, не сводится тупо к его обнулению. Счетчик этот сделан для того, чтобы через определенное количество отработанных чернил (установленное производителем) провести техническое обслуживание аппарата до следующей блокировки. Если эти работы не сделать, то в один прекрасный день вы получите красивую лужу чернил под аппаратом и испорченные вещи. По замене печ. головки была сделана рекомендация, т.к. была проблема с черным цветом. А далее, что делать это ваш выбор.

Обращался за ремонтом ноутбука и видеорегистратора. Всё почили и не дорого.
