Цены всегда приятные! В Крыму и других городах России! Но в машинах всегда накурено, даже если ставишь галочку на некурящего водителя! Все равно приезжает курящий и возмущается ещё, на каком основании он должен не купить! Это происходит почти с каждым водителем! А ещё водители самовольно включают некоторые опции! Не предупредив о том, что сумма поездки изменится! Так я узнала, о том, что если поставить свой рюкзак рядом с собой - это является провозом багажа в салоне! В первый раз с этим столкнулась! Хоть бы предупреждали об этом сразу, а то безумно неприятный осадок остаётся

Мы разберемся в ситуации. Вы можете сами влиять на качество работы водителя. Для этого оценивайте поездки в приложении «Максим». С водителями, которые часто получают негативные оценки и отзывы, мы прекращаем сотрудничество.

Добрый вечер! Накурено почти во всех машинах! А про случай с дополнительной опцией я писала в поддержку приложения И спустя несколько дней потраченных мной нервов из-за несправедливости мне вернули списанные с моей Карты 30 рублей) С одолжением (!) и не на карту, а на мой счёт в такси) Подскажите, если я напишу сюда свой номер, его не увидят другие пользователи данного сервиса ?!
