Приобрел в интернет магазине довольно старую модель телефона samsung g-530h , видимо зря. Потому что спустя короткое время он стал тупо отключаться сам по себе. Пришлось отвезти по гарантии в сервисный центр. Хорошо что в нашем городе есть представительство данного сервиса, а то пришлось бы самостоятельно отправлять в Москву. Телефон отремонтировали, к сервису претензий нет. Сдавал в г. Екатеринбург. Заявка 558351

Apple iPhone 5s 64gb Silver через короткое время после покупки перестал включаться. Пришлось везти его по гарантии в ремонт. Сдавал по гарантии на Новослободской, отремонтировали в течении месяца. Мой заказ 985437

Сдавал по гарантии Apple iPhone 5S 16GB Gold в пункт на Долгоруковской. Отвозил потому что происходили фантомные нажатия и перестал нормально заряжаться. Отремонтировали, телефон работает. Только долго очень. Оценка 4 балла, из-за сроков ремонта. заказ 985585

Приобрели айфон 6 плюс, и у него через какое то время не работает кнопка хоум. Столкнулись с таким впервые, позвонили в магазин, дали номер сервисного центра, сказали обращаться туда. В сервисном центре сказали привозить и сдавать в ремонт. На месте ремонт и диагностика не проводится, что очень не удобно. А так все нормально, отремонтировали, мой заказ 986034, оценка 4 балла.

Два раза сдавал а гарантийный ремонт айфон 4s. Аппарат бал новый, только что купленный, но не проходили звонки. В сервисе причину искали 1,5 месяца. В результате выписали заключение: -по условиям гарантии, не является гарантийным случаем( внутреннее повреждение ц. платы - BGA пайка нарушена в следствии механического воздействия. Аппарат вернули с трещиной на переднем стекле, объяснив что такой поступил в ремонт. Фамилию сотрудника , осматривающего данный телефон , мне не предоставили.
