Выражаю огромную благодарность своему участковому терапевту Игнатенко Анне Васильевне и ее медицинской сестре за оказанную медицинскую помощь, чуткий подход, грамотное отношение к пациенту!Очень отзывчивый, внимательный, доброжелательный врач . Назначила нужное, четкое лечение. Прием прошёл комфортно и уютно. Осталась крайне довольна посещением! Благодарю от всей души!

Ужасное отношение к больным!!! Приехали в приемное отделение на своей машине, так как скорая приехать к нам не могла. Было плохо с сердце и высокое давление. В приемном нас встретила врач Тихонова Вера Ивановна. Начала с того что у нее сломался аппарат для измерения давления, спросили привезли ли мы свой. Не хотела принимать, ссылаясь на то что у нее все пациенты и все тяжелые, хотя никого в приемном отделении кроме нас на тот момент не было. Хорошо, спасибо, что хоть кардиограмму сделали. Но в итоге ВЫГНАЛИ нас из больницы. Вера Ивановна неадекватный врач, которая не могла и не хотела обьяснить нам причину диспансеризации, отказалась помочь без получения анализа по КТ (КТ нам сделали, но результат велели ждать около 3-х часов). Обозвала нас хамами, и в итоге выгнала на улицу. Если кто знает куда можно написать и оставить жалобу буду благодарна.
