Приехал замерщик в назначенное время.Очень внимательно отнесся ко всем нашим пожеланиям.Заинтересованно объяснял и рассказывал все по интересующим нас вопросам. Монтажники приехали в назначенное время,работу свою выполнили качественно!Теперь у нас красота! После себя все убрали.

Отвратительный сервис. В первый же день после установки перестал работать установленный потолочный светильник. Компания с себя обязательства по ремонту снимает, предлагают клиенту производить самостоятельный демонтаж светильника с последующей транспортировкой к ним для замены и самостоятельным монтажом после. Если потолок отвалится через неделю ремонтировать видимо тоже только своими силами. Обращаясь в эту компанию будьте готовы что в случае возникновения проблем, компании на вас плевать.

Потолок натягивал 1 мастер, около 4-х часов, хотя было заявлено, что весь процесс займет пару часов. Привезли и установили НЕ ТЕ лампочки, что я просила, когда приезжал замерщик. Как итог: превратили комнату в больничку, отвратительный холодный свет. У меня аж 8 таких ламп вместо заказанных теплых! Сразу же позвонила в контору, сказали в течение дня свяжется начальник по поводу замены ламп - и тишина! Теперь я должна тратить около 2000 рублей и самостоятельно менять лампы??? Не советую данную организацию!
