Семья "на районе". Отличается от семей в центральных частях города. Иногда казалось, что сюда свозят одно барахло. Но потом исправились.

Ужасное отношение к клиентам!Сегодня хотела купить там продукты, но не успев выбрать,ко мне привязался охранник!Стал настаивать на открытие сумки,при всех!там было пару продуктов с чеками,причём такого товара даже нет в "Семье"!после того как убидился что зря ко мне подошёл, начал в грубом тоне объяснять что нельзя заходить с продуктами в магазин!ещё и кассир ему потдакивала!ужасное отношение, буду обходить стороной этот магазин!

Добрый день! Приношу Вам свои извинения за действия сотрудников. Их поведение было не корректным (грубое отношение с покупателями - недопустимо и настаивать на досмотре сумки - они не имеют права) . С ними была проведена разъяснительная беседа. Такое больше не повториться. Будем рады видеть вас в нашем магазине.

Сервис как всегда ниже плинтуса. Подхожу к кассе, кассирша орет через весь магазин охраннику "чего меня не закрыл? У меня смена кончилась!", мне не здрасте, ни досвидания, ни извините. Был отличный и большой магазин в соседнем доме. Нет, не жить не быть надо было переехать, без предупреждения закрыв точку на все лето в площадь в два раза меньше с ущербным ассортиментом и неадекватно завышенными ценами.
