После 12 кассиры куда-то уходят. Приходится ждать на кассе, очередь их 3-4 человек. Не в первый раз. Когда снимают кассу в 12 вторая тоже не работает.

Ужасный магазин, отвратительное обслуживание. Порой от безысходности вынуждена туда заходить, потому что близко к дому. И каждый раз я ужасаюсь.. от всего. Кассиры с неопрятным видом, которые едят прямо за кассой при покупателях; охранники, которые советуют не покупать вино, потому что будет болеть голова (што? Я вообще то выручку делаю вашему магазину. И пришла специально за вином, а не за советами); то бездомные люди, спящие в тамбуре около входа в магазин, от которых, извиняюсь, тащит за километр и тд. И вроде Семья в Перми зарекомендовала себя как отличный магазин с хорошим обслуживанием, но тут система сломалась. Все вышеупомянутые случаи происходили не в один день, а в течении полугода систематически. Примите меры, проведите беседу с персоналом! Накипело.

Добрый день! Спасибо, что написали про наши недочеты. С сотрудниками проведена беседа, по поводу неопрятного вида и еды на кассе. С начальником охранной службы была проведена встреча, на которой уже не однократно беседовали по поводу неподобающего поведения охранников. А именно: хамства, грубости, а так же того, что они позволяют устраивать из тамбура "Ночлежку" и "Пивнушку". Будем исправляться!

Зашел я в магазин торговой сети "Семья" по адресу г.Пермь ул.Мира 76А. Магазин круглосуточный. А отдел в нем который продает салатики и готовую еду по каким то причинам работает с 8 утра. И как мне купить обед на работу если я сам работаю с 8? В данном отделе перекладывала товар женщина продавец, отказалась так же положить салат. Сказала берите что есть, а есть только большими упаковками. Отвратительное отношение к клиенту. Не буду заходить и не буду рекомендовать никому.
