Отличный Универсам.Вежливые сотрудники. Приятны в общении. Хороший выбор товаров.Семья мой любимый магазин.Никогда не видела просроченные продукты на прилавках. Контроль качества на уровне!

В магазине нет раздвижных дверей для мало подвижных граждан. Нет нормального подхода к магазину с коляской, т. к. там постоянно разгружаются машины и перекрывают всю дорогу во дворе. В зале магазина очень шумят холодильники. Из положительного: вежливый персонал и хороший ассортимент товаров.

Пожалуй, мой любимый из всех супермаркетов на Стаханке. Раньше мы стороной обходили его, казалось, что уровень цен явно не для нашего кошелька. А потом как-то привязались. Мужчина обожает молоко Ашатлинское, которое можно купить либо иногда по акции свежее, либо вчерашнее с 25% скидкой. Дешевле нигде не находила! Дороговат шоколад, да и всё сладкое - редко это брали. Совсем недавно переехали за город. Тут супермаркетов нет вообще! Скучаю по "Семье" )) когда приезжаем в город, обязательно захожу за продуктами в один из магазинов этой сети. Не закидывайте тухлыми помидорами: я реально никакого отношения к сети "Семья" не имею, там не работаю. Мне просто он нравится ;Р P.S.: Ах да! Уважаемые руководители! Установите во всех своих точках весы на кассе. Например, в "Айсберге-2" таковых нет. Я была как-то раз такая уставшая, что идти взвешивать сил не нашла, поэтому фрукты просто оставила на кассе...
