Пришли в 22.10 купить в нарезку колбасы , но нам ответили что этот отдел работает до 22.00, на каком основании? Ведь сам магазин работает до 00.00

Грубо нарушаются противоэпидемические меры. В торговый зал пускают посетителей без масок и без перчаток, а также обслуживают таких посетителей на кассах. НА мое замечание по джанному вопросу какссир лиш закатила глаза, выражая то ли свое бессилие что-то изменить, то ли как ей надоели такие обращекния. Охранник, сидящий перед мониторами видеонаблюдения на мое замечание по поводк посетителей без масок и без перчаток ответил что не имеет к этой теме никакого отношения. Видно, что в вашей торговой сети отсутствует системный подход к противоэпидемическим мерам: похоже, в каждоим магазине свои правила и какой-то единой политеки торговой сети в отношении противоэпидемических мер видимо не существует.

Добрый день! Спасибо за информацию! Нет, стандарты обслуживания, в том числе противоэпидемические меры, одинаковы по всей сети. К сожалению, какие-то магазины подходят к вопросу более ответственно, а кто-то нет. Мы регулярно делаем выезды на магазины с проверками. В случаях нарушения принимаем к магазину взыскательные меры. Выслали директору магазина для проведения беседы с сотрудниками и исправления ситуации.
