Наимертвейший магазин. Вечно очереди на кассе. Да и кассиры еле шевелятся. Все желание делать покупки отпало там. Ходим в другие магазины.

На двух кассах очередь по 10 человек!!!! Третий кассир стоит конвертики с наклеечками вскрывает, ищет недостающую кому то!

Магазин отвратительного обслуживания, на кассах очереди по 10 человек, очень медленно обслуживают, кассиров не вызывают

Уважаемая Татьяна, добрый день. Приносим свои извинения за предоставленные неудобства. Покупательский поток в магазине не равномерный, на кассах то пусто, то наплыв и образуется очередь. Конечно же мы стараемся держать ситуацию под контролем и реагировать на пожелания покупателей. Спасибо Вам за обращение, такие замечания помогают нам в работе. Всегда рады видеть Вас в числе наших покупателей.

9 мая 2020 г. мне с утра прилично испортили настроение на кассе в «Семье» по адресу Солдатова 28 при покупке продуктов. Кассир Главатских В.Н. зачем-то просканировала мне десяток яиц 2 раза, это было явно заметно. Отойдя в сторону, посмотрел чек, действительно один десяток яиц оплачен мною 2 раза. Я понимаю, что практикуется в этой «Семье» отбивать чек мелкими лишними оплатами, типа картофель 100 г., но, когда так нагло неприятно

Пишу, чтобы поблагодарить достойного кассира в этом магазине это Сыстерова С.М. Всегда стараемся попасть к ней на кассу, супер вежливая, опытная, отзывчивая на все мелочи, всегда посоветует если необходимо, никогда не было у неё ошибок и задержки. Спасибо доброму человеку!
