Семья — единственное место, которое я видел, где есть все необходимое, достаточно гигиеничное и отзывчивый персонал. Sem'ya is the one place I've seen with everything available and quite hygienic with supportive staff.

11.11.20 пришел за 20 минут до закрытия (в 11:40) Охранник отказался пускать аргументируя тем что магазин уже закрыт. На резонное замечание что магазин работает до полуночи просто закрыл передо мной дверь.

Семья изменила мои представления об обслуживании клиентов Жена не взвешала фрукты и что-то свое веганское кассир Елена Минченкова 3(Три) раза сама без тени возмущения ходила и сама все взвешала. Ясно что мы подтормозили -но терпение, и отношение к покупателю меня поразили. минус что беконтактные платежи на 820 терминалах у них не проводятся но это мелочи.

Купила на днях сыр "Беловежский трюфель с паприкой и чесноком", принесла домой, отрезала и поняла, что "ЭТО" я есть не буду. На минуточку, сыр стоит 515 руб./кг. Контроль качества в магазине, видимо, работает кое-как. На следующий день пришлось специально ехать в магазин для возврата денег, хотя он мне совсем не по пути. Итог - деньги за сыр вернули(90руб.), но минус 32 руб. на проезд и час на дорогу в обе стороны ради 58 руб. Очень хотела обратиться в Роспотребнадзор, о чем теперь жалею!
