Заказали сегодня доставку продуктов из сети 'Семья' на дом. Остались недовольны, поскольку: 1. Для продажи большего количества пакетов разложили весь заказ по 4 пакетам. 2 больших и 2 маленьких. Большие были полные, каждый из маленьких не наполнен даже до половины. Все бы ничего, если бы, например, бытовая химия была упакована отдельно. Но нет - она лежала в одном пакете с готовой курой-гриль. Логика отсутствует напрочь. 2. В заказе был круассан, в чеке он есть, а доставлен он не был. Мелочь, но его ждали. 3. Оператор по телефону, подтвердив заказ, обещал его с 17 до 18. В реальности - 18.36. И отношение как к обычной ситуации. Чек почти на 2тыс, но доставка платная. Смешно даже. Проще самим съездить и купить все, что нужно. Больше не воспользуемся сервисом

Ужасный магазин, постоянно попадается просрочка. В последний раз купили замороженную рыбу, оказалась с червями.

На фуд корте мест раза в 2 меньше чем желающих поесть и посидеть. Раньше то иногда трудно было стол найти. А в ковид эпоху сократили столы почти раза в 1.5. Вообще квест стал найти стол. А.. Да. В продуктовом отделе внизу так сильно обработками пахнет, что маску хочется быстрее нппялить не из-за вируса, а чтобы, в первую очередь, не дышать этой химией. Не представляю, как там кассиры сидят на сменах :( Но, надеюсь, это временные минусы. Так оценка 4+ Удобные тележки в продуктовом стали. Есть кино, фуд корт, продукты. Спорт мастер жалко съехал.

В Екатеринбурге у нас такого магазина нет. Чистота в залах, продавцы адекватные, что очень важно в супермаркетах😅 Есть продукция, которой нет в других магазинах, что является огромным плюсом данному супермаркету. Цены на некоторые позиции значительно выше в аналогичных магазинах.
