Сотрудники сами не знают расписание своей работы. Позвонила уточнить про флюорографию, администратор ответил, что в будни до 17:00, в субботу до 16:30. В воскресенье не работает. В итоге в субботу приехала в 16:00, мне сказали мы до 15:00. Вам не могли такого сказать… день потрачен впустую. Не вернусь туда больше

Вчера на Неделина д.20 сдали анализы. Очереди совсем не было. Вся процедура вместе с оформлением документов не более 5 минут, никакой нервотрепки. В другой известной клинике цена 4 тыс., и результат люди неделями ждут. Большое спасибо руководству центра «Семейный Доктор» за лояльные цены и качество обслуживание!

Администраторы вообще не умеют общатся с посетителями. Если вы оказываете услуги за, которые люди платят деньги, то персонал должен этому соответствовать, а хамство я могу получить и в бесплатной поликлинике. За свои деньги хотелось бы, что бы работники общались вежливо.

Хотела записать ребенка, поставили телефон на ожидание, прождала 5 минут после чего положили трубку. На дальнейшие звонки вообще не отвечали. Вот это сервис!
