До клиники невозможно дозвониться . Ходили в филиал на кубанской 54 но как стало известно он закрыт . У нас у обоих детей куплены абонементы ? Верните нам денежные средства если вы так относитесь к пациентам !!!!

Лечение начали в январе 2025 года, в итоге за 2 небольших кариеса на нижних 85 и 75 и 2х пульпитов на 84 и 74 заплатили 34000, лечение с седацией. Ребенку 4 года еще было тогда. Через 4 мес пришлось перелечить который был с пульпитом. Опять мучение и седация. В итоге в корнях ставят рассасывающиеся пломбы и зубы начинают болеть опять. Сегодня приехали опять перелечивать зуб, звонила спрашивала, что бы посмотрели что зуб на гарантии. В итоге сказали что вроде как да. Наш филиал сегодня был закрыт, пришлось ехать на Западный обход. После осмотра, решили что зуб удалят под наркозом . Про стоимость ничего не сказали. Потом понадобилось ЭКГ, про стоимость так же ничего не говорили. Ну я подумала, что зуб гарантийный. На выходе после подписания документов, сказали оплатить 14400😳я была честно в таком шоке. Вывод конечно сделала для себя, на будущее перед какими либо манипуляциями, буду спрашивать цену. Как оказалось вырвать молочный зуб 3900, анастезия 8800, 1700 ЭКГ которое нужно было для врачей а не для меня. Сына держали несколько минут насильно, крепко прижимая маску и держа ноги. Как будто пыточная какая то. За такие деньги ребенка как минимум должны уговорить, а не держать насильно втроем😢 для меня это был ад конечно. Если вы не хотите таких отзывов, сразу же говорите пациентам сколько будут стоить ваши услуги. Я реально была не готова к такой сумме. Простите за честный отзыв. Но больше я не переступлю порог вашей стоматологии.
