Здравствуйте, хожу часто в семейную поликлинику, так как мой диагноз обязывает меня сдавать анализ крови в месяц два раза,,, я понимаю, что сейчас в стране тяжёлая ситуация,, нехватка персонала,, но и Вы Врачи поймите, что от результата анализа зависит моя жизнь,, это я к тому пишу, что стало полное несоответствие анализа,, так как перестраховываюсь и сдаю сразу в трех клиниках,, у Вас полный отстой,, конвейер,, люди приходят на сдачу крови, стоят по 15 человек в помещении, даже в магазине держут дистанцию1, 5м,а у вас все, как в аквариуме,, прошу руководство исправить ситуацию

Внимательные врачи и очень доброжелательный персонал. Была на приёме с дочкой. Врач назначил лечение, один из назначиных препаратов( уколы) в Хотьково ни в одной аптеки не было. Вернулись в поликлинику но врач уже ушла домой и я не знала, что делать???? Девушка в регистратуре нам очень помогла, дозвонилась до врача и мне сказали на какой препарат можно поменять. Большое спасибо за внимательное отношение к пациентам.
