У меня сложилось ощущение, что здесь вообще понятия не имеют, что такое сервис. Записалась на УЗИ на 12:00. Мне два дня подряд звонили и просили несколько раз прийти пораньше, хотя я с самого начала объяснила, что раньше прийти не смогу. Перезвонили и перезаписали на 12:30. В день приема позвонили 5 раз, чтобы снова перенести на пораньше 🤡 Я не понимаю, разве так сложно было понять с первого раза, что я не могу раньше 12?) Сам прием проходил очень странно. Специалист вроде и адекватный, но абсолютно бестактный. Мне дали миллион советов, которые я не просила. Я пришла просто сделать снимки узи и отнести их своему лечащему врачу. НО!!! Снимки мне так и не отдали 🙃 Объяснили это тем, что они их просто не делают)) предложили пойти еще раз лечь на кушетку и сделать снимки на телефон. Объясните мне, пожалуйста, за что я отдала такие деньги? Стоимость УЗИ такая же, как и в других клиниках. Но там хотя бы снимки отдают.

Отвратительный администратор! Приходила врачи очень хорошие, все доступно объясняют. Но отношение администратора к пациентам отвратительное, поэтому в эту поликлинику никому не советую приходить, придете лечиться вам нагрубят еще и записывать не захотят потому как администратору лень отвечать)

На УЗИ в эту клинику лучше не ходить. Врач Дорогова совершенно не компетентный в этой области специалист. Написала описание которое вызвало совершеннейшее недоумение в Вивее, в общем не тратьте свое время и деньги. Зато вы можете выслушать получасовую лекцию что и когда надо пить, и какие медикаменты принимает она и почему.
