Доброе всем время суток! Я много лет хожу в салон! Определилась с мастерами. Парикмахер Ирина, очень ею довольна. Косметолог Людмила всегда оправдает надежды, хорошо выглядеть. Очень нравиться, что сервиз не навязчивый. Если то, что мне хочется навредит мне, она честно говорит, что это делать не желательно. Спасибо!!! В маникюрном хожу к Альбине. Очень старательная девочка, она как одуванчик, боишься дунуть. А какой дизайн делает, просто чудо. Если кому то не повезло, сочувствую, но живу рядом, и много лет хожу сюда. Начиная с рецепшен. Татьяна Ивановна всегда встречает с улыбкой, чай и кофе. Очень веселая, любит пошутить – показать

Обращение к администрации!! Три года хожу в Семейную. 2 июня 2019 года остался крайне недоволен посещением, вход в парикмахерскую был забит курящими женщинами, прошел сквозь завесу дыма, в зале жарко и душно, все окна закрыты, кондиционеры не работают!! При оплате стоял у стойки минут 10 пока не появился администратор. Считаю, что в сложившейся ситуации руководство должно обратить внимание на нарушение моих прав!!! остался очень недоволен!! Прошу срочно принять меры!
