Приходила на обследование. Персонал общался вежливо, администратор подсказала, куда пройти. Понравилось, что всё было понятно и не пришлось долго разбираться с порядком посещения.

Поставлю 0 , если вы идете по ДМС будьте готовы что вам могут отказать даже при наличии гарантийного письма и вы потратите свое время и нервы на дополнительное согласование от страховой , которое не требуется , все что было необходимо прописано в первом письме . Мне просто отказали, а дальше мол разбирайтесь сами , с кем разбираться ? Даже страховая не понимает на основании чего отказ ? Что за самодурство ? Девушки на ресепшене очень неприветливые , вы частная клиника , а не поликлиника у дома , будьте добры будьте вежливы с вашими клиентами ! А также будьте готовы ждать своего приема , даже если вы по записи ). Всем не советую и больше не приду !

Посетил клинику на Еланском, 5. Был прием у Батюевой Эржены Игоревны, терапевта. Консультация прошла спокойно, без спешки. Врач внимательно выслушал жалобы и объяснил план обследований. В клинике есть процедурный кабинет, можно сдать анализы. Атмосфера спокойная, персонал вежливый.

Записывался к Батуевой Эржене Игоревне, терапевту. Беспокоило давление и тяжесть в голове. Приняли почти по времени. Она померила давление, послушала сердце, расспросила про образ жизни. Назначила анализы и ЭКГ. Все объяснила нормальным языком. Талон дали на следующий день. В клинике тихо, народа мало. Процедурный кабинет на месте, кровь взяли быстро.
