25 марта делали справку для учебного заведения в другой стране. Справка нужна была на английском языке. Заранее спросила по телефону - делаете ли вы такие справки, на что получила положительный ответ. Как итог, справка была оформлена не верно, банально не прописали ФИО и дату рождения. Справка оказалось негодной, зря потраченное время и деньги. Ребёнок заново прошёл медкомиссию и оплатил деньги в стране обучения. Если ваша клиника не знает как оформлять данные справки, то не вводите людей в заблуждение.

Чтобы прикрепить фото, отредактируйте изначальный отзыв. Добрый день, мы провели внутреннюю работу после данного инцидента. Приносим свои извинения за доставленные неудобства. Справка была составлена верно, но, к сожалению, сотрудником были упущены некоторые персональные данные.
